WELCOME  to all those who are first time visitors and

to all those just checking in.

 "2011". 

  The last four year has been great for the Association as well as for the Department. During this period we have witnessed and experienced the birth and growth of our organization as well as the accomplishments and goals that were met in bring together the LATINOS in sanitation.

To raise the S.A.L. banner gave us all pride and joy when we came together as a family. No matter the occassion we all knew that in belonging to our Association our ties, friendships, and fellowship went beyond the boundaries of our duties in sanitation.

We will continue to grow in membership and spirit as we introduce our new leadership to carry the flag and ensure that the governing laws by which this association came together are upheld.

With this I state that my tendure as your President has been challenging and fundamentally significant as we pioneered a new way for those that stood by us and those future members that will find their way to meet the new issues at hand.

It's been a great ride..
